Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including packaging lines and filling machines, to meet targets and quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of production technicians to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product integrity and consistency
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, quality metrics, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for preventive maintenance and collaborate with logistics and quality assurance departments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work the 2nd shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the food and beverage industry
