Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and packaging operations for cleansing bar and chocolate production lines
• Supervise raw material dispensing, mixing, forming, processing, and packaging
• Ensure employee safety, product quality, and achievement of daily production targets
• Monitor downtime and initiate equipment repairs
• Manage material inventory, pick lists, and lot reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Train and develop multi-skilled teams and manage employee performance
• Facilitate communication between operators, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing supervisory role
• Experience supervising multi-stage manufacturing processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP, food safety, or cosmetic manufacturing standards preferred
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs
