Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Strategically plan and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines
• Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes
• Monitor equipment functionality and proactively initiate maintenance or repairs
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency
• Maintain precise production records and reports for management review
• Manage the Arils facility FMDS board and conduct daily meetings
• Collaborate with the sanitation lead to enhance cleaning procedures
• Assess workforce requirements and develop labor models

Requirements

• 2-4 years of progressively responsible production experience in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and production processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
