Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise production process variables to ensure product quantity and quality standards are met.
• Ensure production operators follow operating instructions to maintain safe and continuous plant operations.
• Supervise workplace cleanliness, order, and tool maintenance within assigned areas.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to safely release and receive equipment for repairs.
• Lead emergency response brigades, coordinate drills, and manage accident reporting when necessary.
• Oversee the entry and exit of auto-tanks for product loading, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as PSM and SARI safety protocols.
• Identify training needs and evaluate the performance and competencies of the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience as a laboratory analyst.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of soda and chlorine production processes.
• Proficiency in process data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• English proficiency of at least 80%.
