Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production requirements to ensure on-time, in-sequence delivery in a Just-in-Time environment
• Manage team engagement, communication, and performance, including time and attendance and corrective actions
• Troubleshoot production issues using root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, PPE requirements, and legislative regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and maintenance teams to support material accuracy and preventive maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities to reduce scrap and rework while supporting ISO/IATF compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with SAP and shop floor systems
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OSHA regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift times during training

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Experience working in a union environment
• Knowledge of PLC functionality
