Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members to safely manufacture fuel systems and ensure product quality.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations, perform regular safety audits, and report incidents.
• Ensure production goals and delivery windows are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement actions and escalate issues affecting Safety, Quality, or OEE.
• Manage employee relations, including communication, problem-solving, and disciplinary enforcement.
• Oversee training plans to ensure employees have updated certifications (OJT, LOTO, etc.).
• Manage time, attendance, vacation, and labor schedules for the shift.

Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of blow molding processes and/or the extrusion or injection of plastic material.
• Knowledge of assembly processes, preferably with blow-molded fuel systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and work in environments with varying temperatures.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
