Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules based on customer demand and available capacity
• Oversee the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient production
• Provide daily supervisory guidance to hourly production staff to meet productivity and quality goals
• Implement policies and recommend improvements in production methods and working conditions
• Promote the utilization of LEAN tools such as Kanban, Visual Management, and Kaizen
• Lead, train, and coach the production team while ensuring adherence to safety policies
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
• Maintain data integrity in SAP and other company information systems for all product phases
• Coordinate material and supply deliveries with Corporate Procurement and suppliers

Requirements

• High school degree or GED (College Degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of MRP systems, with a strong preference for SAP proficiency
• Strong computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish
