Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow across multiple departments on one shift
• Lead and mentor production staff and other supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes such as quality, supply chain, and opex
• Resolve production issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years leadership or supervision experience in an industrial setting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
