Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Balance and maintain safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale
• Provide leadership, direct supervision, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement
• Confirm compliance with Safety and Quality professional standards
• Lead a safe, well-organized workplace using WPO in a TPS Environment
• Record daily KPIs and maintain updated reports throughout the shift
• Provide employee coaching, development, and real-time performance feedback
• Collaborate with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments
• Manage production support systems including scrap, inventory data, and maintenance requests

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Leader or Shop Leader
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP software, Assembly management software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
• Ability to interpret and relay production data and KPIs
