Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of all team tasks and manage vehicle finalization activities to meet daily delivery objectives
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules and procedures
• Manage and develop team members, including staffing workstations and handling discipline when necessary
• Lead pre-shift meetings and participate in work planning and organization meetings
• Promote team synergy across different shifts and encourage active participation in process improvement
• Monitor work methods to ensure productivity, quality, and efficient use of human and material resources
• Enforce company policies and apply the collective agreement in effect

Requirements

• DEC in administration or a relevant discipline
• 5 years of experience in team management
• Experience working in a unionized environment
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills
• Ability to define priorities and maintain a customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes
• Experience with continuous improvement tools
