Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer unionized personnel within the production environment
• Ensure strict compliance with production schedules and targets
• Monitor and achieve KPIs related to Quality, Cost, Time, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Lead and integrate teams to drive operational excellence

Requirements

• TSU or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• English proficiency (minimum 500 TOEIC points)
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
• Over 1 year of experience managing personnel
• Strong analytical skills and conflict management abilities
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities
