Production Supervisor Night Crew

Responsibilities

• Manage all factory-level operations and service/support departments for the Consumer Brands business unit
• Implement production strategies to ensure efficient manufacturing and high-quality product output
• Deliver against production performance KPIs, budget requirements, and assigned projects
• Set up and execute professional development plans for production personnel
• Ensure all operations processes and solutions comply with global procedures and local regulations
• Maintain legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) requirements
• Act as the primary contact for local authorities within the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all organizational levels and external government officials
• Proven ability to be self-managed, prioritize complex workloads, and formulate deadlines for projects
