Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day production activities for an 8-hour shift (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
• Prioritize, direct, and guide production management and activities to meet company goals
• Supervise and develop production associates through training and performance management
• Manage administrative duties, including the accurate completion of daily reports and paperwork
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions in partnership with HR
• Oversee safety protocols, including incident reporting and accident investigation
• Maintain safety and 6S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Engineering
• Ability to lead and provide guidance to hourly production staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, act as a self-starter, and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for most of the workday
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and irregular hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Distribution, or a related field
