Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient operation practices by monitoring and improving defects, cycle time, machine uptime, and labor optimization.
• Organize and manage the workforce according to shift priorities.
• Ensure a safe working environment by monitoring PPE usage, adherence to work instructions, and identifying safety risks.
• Collect and complete accurate production reports and enter data into production databases.
• Manage production containments, including identification, organization, tagging, and flow.
• Train employees on job requirements, company policies, safety, quality, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized course or Associate's degree.
• Experience with SAP.
