Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-line teams to efficiently convert materials into quality products in a safe, sanitary manner
• Implement and recommend changes in methods, equipment, or systems using a Continuous Improvement mindset
• Lead or support Supply Excellence Pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance and Autonomous Work Teams
• Coach operators' functional and leadership skills while driving accountability in safety and quality
• Manage materials, staffing, and resources to support line operations and changeovers
• Drive focus on food safety and HACCP compliance
• Manage associate relations, recruitment, training, and development
• Lead preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment
• 2+ years of experience leading manufacturing teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct people management
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and plant operations
• HACCP proficiency is required
• Experience with plant sanitation practices and OSHA safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
