Responsibilities

• Support management in coordinating production activities and establishing priorities
• Ensure production processes run reliably, efficiently, and comply with quality standards
• Plan and oversee production schedules to meet resource requirements
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
• Teach, coach, mentor, and lead teammates on the production lines
• Train and manage teammates to ensure performance and adherence to operating standards
• Track key performance indicators and costs to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor in beverage or food manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing Management Certification (CTME)
