Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities across Electrical Integration and Final Assembly teams
• Assign, schedule, and prioritize work to meet production deadlines
• Supervise installation, modification, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Oversee assembly and installation of generator systems including fuel, exhaust, and mechanical components
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members

Requirements

• 8+ years of electrical experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or electrical integration experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree
• Electrical journeyman experience or industrial electrical background
• Forklift, Telehandler, and aerial lift certification
