Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing teams to meet production schedules and objectives regarding safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Orient, train, motivate, and develop team members on work instructions and production standards
• Perform supervisory and human resource functions, including work assignments, attendance documentation, and performance evaluations
• Assist in production scheduling, planning, material flow, and equipment maintenance
• Audit quality and safety reports to identify issues and ensure necessary corrections are implemented
• Requisition necessary resources such as supplies and tools to maintain workflow
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and assist in overall team goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a production environment (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated knowledge of production systems and techniques
• Strong work planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding environments
