Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets
• Lead, coach, and develop operator teams through mentoring and performance management
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Promote the Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields)
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English
• Ability to drive operational performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
• Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential
