Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd shift personnel and oversee assigned work to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all personnel follow Quality Systems, process controls, and packaging instructions
• Oversee on-the-job training, mentoring, and development of subordinates
• Maintain inventory levels of produced parts to meet scheduled targets
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment policies and PPE requirements
• Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) and follow up on outstanding issues
• Coordinate with other departments to prevent production interruptions
• Maintain organized production records and provide management reports on key measurables
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S housekeeping standards

Requirements

• College or trade school graduate, or a High School diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of assembly, production, and welding operations
• Proficiency in English (oral and written communication)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, and Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
