Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow by assigning tasks, setting schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and policy standards
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees in alignment with HR policies
• Monitor labor efficiency, minimize overtime, and maintain required staffing levels
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a clean, organized production floor
• Collaborate with plant leaders to coordinate production and warehouse activities
• Track and report daily production output and identify performance issues
• Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and standardization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including hiring and performance management
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or materials management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of raw materials planning and production scheduling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience with Sage ERP
