Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly in compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand and maintain stock levels
• Supervise personnel, provide job training, and support employee career development
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency
• Manage day-to-day employee activities and conduct accident/incident investigations
• Support efficient product distribution and maintain professional interactions with customers
• Respond to emergency calls and conduct monthly safety meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Production or distribution experience required
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
