Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly in compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand and maintain adequate stock levels
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency
• Manage day-to-day employee activities, including job training, career development, and fair supervision
• Conduct thorough accident and incident investigations and complete all required reports with accuracy
• Support efficient product distribution and maintain professional interactions with internal and external customers
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, and assist with SOP implementation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in production or distribution (industrial gas industry experience preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and related processes
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and strong organizational skills
