Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Ensure effective shift handovers through clear communication and accurate documentation
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S principles
• Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Software teams to troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime
• Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentorship
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on production output, inventory, and KPIs

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control principles
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or operations
• Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 regulated manufacturing environments
• Background in additive manufacturing or startup operations
• Familiarity with QuickSight, Jira, and Notion
