Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production functions for a specific production line or area during a single shift
• Support the achievement of operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, and waste
• Manage staffing requirements and proactively escalate shortages or surpluses
• Mentor and develop subordinates by assessing skill sets and training needs
• Implement and manage standardized work and training protocols
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals
• Analyze production charts, work orders, and reports to evaluate output and requirements
• Facilitate problem-solving activities to determine corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with plant safety, environmental regulations, and PPE requirements
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with the maintenance department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or equivalent related experience
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position
• Proven experience leading direct reports
• Experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Ability to work effectively in both office and production environments
• Flexibility to work adjusted shifts as necessary
