Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the fabrication and stamping departments to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Supervise personnel, including performance evaluations, training, work assignments, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee CNC fabrication processes and ensure production schedules and customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Manage departmental resources, including equipment, staffing schedules, and inventory control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions to meet safety, quality, and cost standards.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Value Stream leadership to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Resolve manufacturing challenges related to tooling and technical drawing interpretation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of diverse fabrication experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of CNC fabrication equipment and basic programming concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems (EPICOR preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain full-time availability, including extended hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and AS9100 standards.
