Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
• Supervise, mentor, and develop production employees and leads
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce defects
• Track key performance indicators including productivity, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate workflow between fabrication, welding, assembly, and shipping departments
• Support Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of welding, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing processes
• Proven leadership experience managing production teams
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production documents
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trailer manufacturing or custom fabrication
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience using ERP or production management software
