Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities on the assigned night shift (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM) to ensure production goals and schedules are met
• Provide direction and servant leadership to a team of hourly operators to foster growth and success
• Champion a "safety first" mindset while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards
• Apply LEAN principles, 5S, and RCA methodologies to drive process optimization and cost reduction
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring accountability and operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
