Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor for an assigned shift of hourly employees in either the Converting or Corrugator departments.
• Lead and motivate employees to ensure goals are met regarding safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Supervise daily production activities, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Evaluate employee performance, manage rewards and discipline, and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Promote and ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and organizational initiatives.
• Communicate operational information effectively to crew members, plant management, and external vendors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the corrugated packaging industry.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $69,500 - $92,600 based on experience and skills.
