Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Build trust, accountability, and teamwork on the production floor
• Lead a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and regular inspections
• Meet daily production goals within budget for recycle operations
• Monitor productivity per labor hour (PPLH) and drive continuous improvement
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production employees
• Minimize overtime through effective planning and cross-training

Requirements

• 7-10 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations
• Experience leading teams of 20-50 members
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Safety-first mindset with ability to hold teams accountable
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
