Production Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing production team on the 2nd shift to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage employee relations, including coaching, development, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) frameworks to maintain a Zero Harm environment.
• Balance quality, efficiency, cost, and delivery while utilizing lean manufacturing methods.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including accurate training records and SOP compliance.
• Review production plans and manage departmental performance metrics and Gemba boards.
• Conduct daily meetings, weekly project meetings, and 5S audits.

Requirements

• HS diploma/GED with 7+ years of leadership experience OR an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and maintain good hand-eye coordination.
• Visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate between colors.
• Ability to work onsite for the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, starting at 2:45 PM).
