Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production operations during the day shift to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing and shipping activities
• Implement safety and food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and OSHA requirements
• Supervise production processes and participate in batch making and filling activities to meet demands
• Partner with Quality teams to monitor in-process controls and investigate production deviations
• Monitor daily production schedules using ZPro and Oflow systems to meet delivery targets
• Coordinate with Maintenance to support equipment reliability and uptime
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S projects, to enhance process flow

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in food, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with production equipment
• Ability to work onsite in South Brunswick, NJ, during day shift hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with inventory control, backflushing, and production planning systems
• Exposure to analytical lab equipment such as pH meters or densitometers
