Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a West Coast-based team, building a strong safety and performance culture
• Oversee operational and maintenance activities to ensure reliable asset performance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control to deliver value
• Balance asset performance, risk, cost, and delivery priorities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal commercial outcomes
• Build team capability, guide performance outcomes, and manage people priorities

Requirements

• Proven leadership in production or operations environments
• Strong people leadership, including coaching, development, and engagement
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and commercial outcomes
• Mechanical or electrical trade qualification
• Background in industrial or asset-intensive environments
