Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage all factory-level operations and service/support departments
• Implement production strategies to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
• Deliver against production performance KPIs, budgets, and project goals
• Set up and execute development plans for production personnel
• Ensure operations processes and solutions follow global procedures and local regulations
• Maintain legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) requirements
• Act as the key contact for local authorities within the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with all organizational levels and external government officials
• Ability to be self-managed, prioritize work, and formulate deadlines for activities and projects
