Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate team activity based on quality and service objectives
• Ensure staff training on procedures and client context
• Guarantee information flow through effective team communication
• Control and analyze results including daily activity reporting and SLA analysis
• Prepare and present results at Steering Committees (COPIL)
• Act as guarantor for SLA achievement rates

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
• Demonstrated managerial qualities
• Strong organizational and autonomous skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience
• Strong synthesis, anticipation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and pedagogical abilities
• Fluent English
