Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create weekly production documents for staging and production
• Ensure plating and fulfillment plans are executed and issues are tracked
• Drive customer experience through production plan attainment and fulfillment accuracy
• Implement production cost techniques for assembly tasks
• Monitor production start-times, dismissal times, and daily activities
• Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Procedures and facility housekeeping
• Use technology to ensure quality and accuracy of shipped products
• Review customer error calls to identify and improve quality trends
• Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
• Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related management work experience
• 2-3 years of production management experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in fulfillment or distribution centers preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
• Strong leadership and guidance skills for production lines
• Excellent time management and process flow understanding
