Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create weekly production documents for staging and production
• Ensure plans for Plating and Fulfillment are executed and that all issues are communicated and tracked
• Drive customer experience through production plan attainment, low error rates, and fulfillment accuracy
• Build and implement production cost techniques for assembly tasks
• Monitor production plan, start-times, and dismissal times
• Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping
• Use technology to assure quality and accuracy of shipped products
• Review customer error calls to identify trends and improve metrics
• Conduct daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
• Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related management work experience
• 2-3 years of experience managing production within the Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in a fulfillment or distribution center environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
• Strong leadership and guidance skills for production lines
• Excellent time management and process flow understanding
