Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Program, coordinate, and supervise production activities and resources to meet daily distribution requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient production schedules and optimal resource use.
• Control production processes to meet business objectives regarding industrial safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor weekly production indicators to identify and correct process deficiencies.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for scheduled and emergency repairs to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage inventory costs, consumption, and other plant indicators for monthly accounting closures.
• Oversee raw material and packaging inventories to ensure availability for production needs.
• Train and support operational staff to maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with job profiles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production processes, finished product quality control, and personnel administration.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including HACCP and SQF.
• Deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food handling, and food safety standards (AIB).
• Knowledge of personal and industrial safety protocols.
