Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve departmental policies and goals
• Develop and coach employees, including performance appraisals and training schedules
• Monitor production output, compliance to specifications, and departmental budgeting
• Ensure compliance with all State laws, regulations, and safety procedures
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when production criteria are not met
• Maintain proper inventory integrity within the department

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• High school diploma or GED required; BSc/BA preferred
• Experience directing and evaluating subordinates
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen or Gemba Walks
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain state agent badging
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with strong cannabis odors
