Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and execute daily production plans on the 3rd shift
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of team members through daily discussions and incident investigations
• Direct and promote a work environment of continuous improvement and proactive process improvement
• Manage departmental staffing, track attendance, and record timesheets for payroll
• Meet and exceed production schedules, budgets, and delivery targets
• Handle conflict, complaints, and discipline in accordance with company policies
• Drive accountability for safety rules, procedures, and audits

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing supervisory or managerial experience
• Solid understanding of manufacturing methods including assembly, welding, and machining
• Experience utilizing a Lean Production System for daily management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or other related ERP systems
