Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide independent disciplinary and technical management for the assigned production segment during the night shift
• Ensure production targets are met regarding quality, cost, and deadlines
• Proactively monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Improve quality and productivity through collaboration with process optimization teams
• Manage, control, and develop subordinate employees, including performance management and deployment based on qualifications
• Conduct feedback, absenteeism, and sick return interviews
• Participate in strategic and operational planning for personnel and capital expenditures
• Act as a contact person for audits and complaint processing
• Plan maintenance and repair tasks in coordination with SCM and facility management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical training and successfully completed advanced training (e.g., technician or technical business economist)
• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment (SCM, engineering, production, or quality)
• Proven experience in personnel management within a comparable function
