Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet sales demand and forecast requirements
• Ensure the production team has access to all necessary raw materials and equipment
• Manage employee objectives through orientation, training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Ensure all production processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Meet operational standards for production, safety, and quality while identifying process improvements
• Maintain production levels by observing process volumes and recommending adjustments
• Complete daily shift production reports, including calculations for yields and recoveries
• Lead safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and company health and safety expectations
• Supervise daily team activities, including employee selection, development, and workload distribution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven experience leading a team in production operations
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including daily sitting, standing, bending, carrying, reaching, and walking
