Production Supervisor, General Assembly

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality systems, safety standards, and company policies.
• Execute Leader Standard Work, including Gemba walks, shift start-up checks, and line readiness verification.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and standardized work.
• Manage workforce planning, including manpower allocation, shift coverage, and attendance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues and implement engineering changes.
• Promote a safety-first culture by proactively identifying hazards and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the automotive industry or 5–8 years in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing high-volume production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality systems and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES).
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required by production needs.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
