Production Supervisor

Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. We are scaling up battery manufacturing at our high-volume facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the production line to meet production, quality, and safety targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct employees and contract labor
• Oversee manufacturing techniques including BOM/Revision management and lean manufacturing
• Drive operational execution for high-volume production and line trials
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies through regular audits
• Act as the first line of escalation for equipment malfunctions and operational bottlenecks
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to implement process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of direct experience leading and supervising production teams
• Proven ability to manage both direct employees and contract labor
• Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
• Strong understanding of OSHA workplace safety regulations
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or operations management
