Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple production processes and lines in a highly technical manufacturing environment to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets
• Manage and develop teams of engineers, supervisors, and operators through coaching, training, and performance discussions
• Monitor daily operational performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvement initiatives
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability
• Lead process development, plant improvement, and cost-reduction projects
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of operations experience
• Advanced people management, process, and customer relationship management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in technical documentation, data analysis, and business reporting
