Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for several production lines in a highly technical environment to ensure volume, quality, and cost goals are met
• Lead and coach a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiencies and quality
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems, providing guidance on resolution
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply
• Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and manufacturing standards
• Assist in department budget planning and management of expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to production and manufacturing
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in an SMT or electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong technical understanding of SMT equipment and processes
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools
