Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work processes to determine strategies and programs that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide technical support for the qualification and validation of new products, equipment, and processes.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and execute corrective and preventative actions.
• Instruct and lead teams in continuous process improvements using techniques like process mapping.
• Manage supervisory duties including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and directing work.
• Conduct investigations and tests regarding the development of new manufacturing methods and materials.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Experience in equipment, product, and process development.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong statistical skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Minitab or an equivalent statistical package.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
