Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations for the 3rd shift, setting direction and driving performance to meet production plans.
• Provide oversight for ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and GMP standards.
• Monitor ASRS KPIs including accuracy, uptime, and error rates, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and ensuring SAP/WMS transaction discipline and FIFO compliance.
• Direct kitting strategies to ensure accurate and timely material flow aligned with production priorities.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining a strong floor presence to address risks in safety, quality, or delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing or production experience, ideally in bulk chemicals, compounding, or liquid processing.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with MES and SAP/WAC.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety standards.
• Proven ability in decision-making, prioritization, and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments.
