Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 30+ employees to ensure safety, product quality, and asset performance
• Deliver on time the shift, line, or area production plans in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee employee development, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety checks
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and maximize equipment efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and address root causes of operational failures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of leadership experience, OR 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, OR 2 years of US Military leadership
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work extended days and weekends with shift flexibility
• Ability to work in a factory environment that may be very cold, wet, or warm

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or packaging
• Experience with Quality, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Background in industrial maintenance
