Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and hourly production employees to ensure a safe work environment and clear expectations.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work to meet production targets.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality and productivity requirements.
• Partner with supply chain, quality, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage inventory control for raw materials and maintain accurate timekeeping for direct reports.
• Enforce all company safety rules, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position (e.g., team lead, supervisor, or shift lead).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience with 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work extended or weekend hours when required.
